Instill Spell can be bought in Abysmal Sea from Godain MacKodar (common spells)which stand next to Verna Leinar (transportation spells). Ya dont have to research it.... sells for 3.149pp. Have a nice day !!

Additionally, many research spells have been positioned in Abysmal Sea just have to check out the spell merchants .... C ya in da game !
