Well always questioned it, but can confirm for a Necromancer this item is Primary only, so much for a decent secondary item for non dual wielders.

You should NOT be saying crap about what you THINK any other class should do ESPECIALLY if you DONT play this class. Here we are discussing monk. If you knew ANYTHING you would be positive that if a monk is smart he will have all the right equipment and will be able to spare a few stone. Just because it is RELATIVELY heavy doesnt mean a monk can't or wont use it. I have an example for you:Cane of Harmony 12dmg 25dly 1hb 4str 4dex 8INT 8cha weight 3.5 MONK ONLY look it up now to me it seems like they think a monk can get by using a 3.5wt weapon, and i beleive that they are a hell of a lot smarter than you. This post was aimed toward GlacianButtdartmaster. i would use this weapon as i use the cane of harmony on my monk. Will i get this weapon probably not. But some monk might and will get one because its an awsome weapon for a monk. sure there are better weapons out there but after 30 monks look for the fastest weapon due to the damage bonus. this is just like the jade mace but with stats including 75hp :). You see i posted this because i KNOW what im talking about unlike others below me \/. oh yeah if any monks read this and feel an urge to flame the guy too BY ALL MEANS DO SO. EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO REASON TO FLAME AND ARE JUST MAD AT THE WORLD. YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO BE MONK!!! :o)

Why the hell would any monk use a relatively heavy weapon with caster stats if it is nondrop and drops in VP? If they even can enter the zone and don't have something better, then I would suggest that they leave. Although from the picture it looks like a damn wand, seems to me like the stats would make it rather useful for int/wis/mana using hybrids, maybe a ranger? Possibly a caster would want this...but a monk? I hope not...unless they've found a way to cast spells too.
