These gems of various zones around the world of Norraths can be bought from the gnome Zeflmin Werlikanin. He's in the small alcove on your right as you enter your guild hall.
They are used to set the guild portal to port you to the equivalent zone - this one would cause you to be ported to the Faydarks for example.

For the record, it takes you to greater faydark at the nexus scion (wizard spires), which is conveniently just above the zone in to lesser fay.
