He will give you a dull cutting disk (NODROP, unsure about Magic/Lore). Take it to the forge nearby, with a sharpening stone. Trivial 22ish.
Return sharpened stone to him for the meat.
Note you'll have to do this twice and not in a row as the meat is LORE; Foob wants 2 sandwiches.
