I just looked at the stats of this on my youngling bazaar mule and saw that it only had 1ac, 1 to the resists etc. I almost posted here saying that it had been nerfed, until I realised it was just that his level was so far below the recommended level. I would have looked like quite an idiot, so i'm glad noone will ever know!
