Lost Dungeons of Norrath
Dropped off a Flustered Sand Spirit in the River of Recollection instance of Takish-Hiz LDoN. Ran 78 runs (no more, no less) at Takish-Hiz and never saw another one drop. Not sure what its global drop rate is, but 1 in 78 runs seems a little rare to me -- just so's ya knows! :-)
