The Fabled Maid Issis info...
Killed her with the assistance of a lvl 53 Druid, I am a lvl 62 Necro at he moment.
Druid dropped a couple of DoT's on her then focused on healing my pet. I too dropped a few DoT's and focused on healing my pet and twitching the druid.
Her run speed can't be changed.
She summons
She Enrages at around 10%
She casts Fear, Boiling Blood, Venom of the Snake, possibly more but that's all I noticed.
None of my spells were resisted by her except Dooming Darkness.
She spawns in the old orc camp, approx 400, 300. The Northern most orc camp on the EQ Atlas map.

think she has been upgraded since Ardnahoy's post just killed her a few hours ago, she was dark blue to my 65 necro, hit for mid 300's wasnt too bad tho my pet killed her with the help of one heal, 2 dots and one lifetap from me, dropped the fabled nightshade wreath and the normal nightshade wreath, along with a fine steel spear she had pricked me with a few times 8-)
I use to hear friends say EQ likes to punish the players. I use to think they were just whining. Well those same friends have moved on to WoW, I do not think they are coming back. I hate to say it but I can see what they were talking about.
I wouldnt call it punish. I would call it ... So many words come to mind so let me ask this question:
How do you "upgrade" a old world zone (Mistmoore & Paw) for upper end hunting. Yet fail to fix the old worlds biggest pathing problems?
How do you "upgrade" a old world zone that has upper end mobs that drop the same old drop? Pssst... SoE, I loved the Nightshade Wreath back when the level cap was 50.
The folks at SoE know all about Upgrading Gear after 7 expantions of godlike leaps. Infact SoE's only rival in R&D is the Dept. of Defence for the United States.
Just like the D.O.D of the U.S.A. Our friends at Sony lack what the folks on the Hill call proper Management Oversight. In game terms this would be someone who really played the game EverQuest and knew from years of experience that the Nightshade Wreath should of been upgraded when the zone was upgraded. In addition this same person with years of game experience would also know that this special event in a "upgraded zone" would need some adjustment.
But then again I am just some nobody who's management vision was never "up to speed" with the new ownership. Keep churning out the mindless expantions of upgrades because I still own the company Stock. More Money ! Cut Labor !

Came to help a 40 something necro with this, he camped in room and brought 57 warrior, and when she popped, warrior didn't even need a heal, he just ate through the HP. I would imagine same hp/difficulty of a low 50's Kael Giant, no spells landed.
This helm drops off the Fabled Maid Issis in Castle Mistmore.
She is green to a 65, hits in the 100~200 range, summons, and cannot be rooted. Respawn time is ~25 minutes. She has about 9k hp, but low AC, so your sword will hit her like it does to any green mob.
Pally stuns landed almost every time. She casted spells, but I resisted them all. She will run at low health.
Easy solo to a 65 pally with half mana and self buffs. Helm has full stats on my 33 necro.
