All Flowing Thought augs are Lore so it's nice to be able to get diffreant named Flowing Thought aug's. My question is want is the max Flowing Thought (mana regen now) a char can have?
Still 15 there was rumors of them raising it to 20 but has not happened yet.

Omens of War will allow you to increase the cap to FT20, but you will need to spend AA points to do so. I'm not sure exactly how many total to max the cap at 20.

Tribute effects are just like if you were to equipt an item with the effect that you buy. So if you have 13 item FT it wouldn't make sense to buy any more than 2 from tribute because it wont go past 15.
For you nerds that like to know this sort of stuff: SOE programmed this by adding an item slot to every character and didn't give you acess to more items in and out of it with the UI. The only way to put an item in is through the tribute screen which costs points.
