Looking in here and in other sites, I found all sorts of people giving their "expert" opinion on how to get Pyzjn to spawn. I know you guys have heard this before, but after testing all those other guides and a few ones of my own, I think I have the "Ultimate Guide to Pyzjn" tm. In only 3 simple steps:

1. Strip yourself of all clothes and items and run 3 laps around QH /shout'ing: "I'm a pretty lady" (works on female and male characters).

2. Stand in the middle of the ruins, duck and /em *fart* 57 times.

3. * Now this step is a lot more elaborated, and franqly I think I should get paid for it. So e-mail me and we'll arrange a payment of $29.95 to my account and I'll e-mail you back the last step to this guide!

With my guide. I'll garantee you'll get your GBS in no more than 2 weeks (RL time) of camping.

I've read quite a few stories below me how they saw Pyzjn up while walking through QH's and nailed her and looted the GBS.
Well, This is one of those stories with two bittersweet sides too it. I originally camped this item to twink for my brand new necro I was creating. 14 hours and 3-4 kills later, nothing to show for it except me being pissed beyond belief.
Several months later after my new necro leveling project was taking way, My level 19 headed to BlackBurrow for some faction adjustments when I remember I was low on Bone chips. I head to the Ruins in QH and lay waste to the uncamped area. I'm there no more than 3 minutes when Pyzjn herself strolls up conning lightblue and indifferent to me. "Ahh What the hell" I thought and sent in my pet to wipe the floor with her and her pet. I click to loot and WHOAH! Glowing Black Stone and a rusty dagger. I sit at my computer desk for several moments just baffled that I actually looted it.
BUT......
Later that day I head to Qeynos Aquaducts for some new spells and the whole "shady" bunch down there cons Dubiously now (before I was indifferent). ARGH! They won't sell to me so now I have raise faction back up to aprehensively just to use that place. Ugh. Well I guess Pyzjn is not the best person to fight but in this one case.. the reward was very bittersweet.

On my way from Surefalls to Everfrost to farm some stuff I stopped by the ruins and Pyzin was up. Since is my duty to kill Gnomes when I can I promptly blaster her and her little pet too.
She dropped the Stone for me. Now to find out what it goes for.

I stayed there since 3 weeks.
Every day i killed maybe 3- up to 4 hours.
I see her 3 times - i hate her, realy ;)

I was thinking about getting one of these. I ended up buying a book of oblivion in KC for 800pp and it blows this away. With the extra money you save buy a stein of maggok and now you have 18 int and + 45 mana and still have 4k left over for some GEB's LOL. Sounds allot better to me:P

im on erollisi marr and i am looking to sell this powerful item to someone for around 5k. I am also however in search of a tolans bracer, and light velium bow. Either of items these will suffice in trade for my stone. Send me a tell if you are interested. My characters names are Traick, and Forestmann.

I just have something small to add to your rant about the GBS being worth nothing 8).

It all depends on the server your playing on. I have played on VZ and SZ, and if your not wanting to get killed all the time by casters the +10 SVM is a nice thing to have. Ya it may be worthless to you cause you cant afford it, or your so mad that you cant get pyzjin to spawn that you have to come post your worthless 2 cents.

Ne Wayz....Try playing on a real server where all the MR in the world will keep you alive .....go play there and tell me you would rather have the stien. Im not saying that its the best thing since french bread , but im saying its not worthless.

Heck im a wisdom caster and I keep this thing close to my heart!

(Oh ya for all you who want to know how i got her to spawn? its random, everything about her is random, except the fact that she spawns and this is the killer *NEAR* the dread corpse spawn. I have killed her 19 times and gotten the gbs 1 time. in saying 1/19 chance to get the stone by my odds.)

P.S. ummmm the reason that this item is so freakin much is that its *PRIMARY* AND *SECONDARY*, think about it......stien in 1hand GBS in the other. + its rare, + the spawn is rare too! Ya now that your post makes ya look dumb. 8) IM DONE!

Rant time

i am playing an enchanter that is under lvl 20, i hear about a decent peice of equip i can get for said enchanter, so i go to camp it, for 7 RL days straight, i have not been able to get near this camp due to 55+ toons that have nothing better to do than farm the damn thing to sell it.

I am sorry, i aint a twink, i dont have 3k(current price on xev) and am really starting to get ticked off that one of the very few decent int items i can get my hands on at my level is outa my reach....

To make matters worse, i ran into her wandering start fighting and guess what 57 wizzy nuked her, looted her and what do i see /auction WTS GBS 3k
5 seconds later

Enuff to drive anyone mad

Hello everyone! Im fairly new to EQ and have never heard of the GBS, to my surprise i was in WC watching auctions fly by, when i saw someone selling the GBS, so i send a tell and the guys tells me to make a offer so i say 200pp not knowing the value at all. He replies back 300pp and you have a deal. Come to find out i bought the stone off a lvl 56 rogue, he must have been in a giving mood that day.

For some odd reason, (maybe it has been upgraded) I looted a (get this:) INT + 9 WIS + 9 sv MAGIC + 10 Glowing black stone, sadly i did not think it was unusual so i didn't grab a screen, sold it for a clean 8k. (Was just passing thru the QH's , saw Pyzin, whacked her, looted it!)

Looted one GBS on a named ghoul in QH during the Halloween Event.
