Like the other Recipies this item is no longer craftable. The rest of the windessence pieces require 2 superb leather padding. However I am unable to test this on Phinigel due to the higher difficulty of obtaining the items to make them.

Thanks. Unlinked all the items that used this in their recipe and added 2 superb leather padding to their recipes.
