dropped in nadox tonight, 1st I've ever seen, very rare drop there. I have likly logged 3,000 kills from nautilus room. Any idea what spell it's for?

Level 56 cleric spell Mark of Karn can be made with this via the Research Tradeskill.
Rune of Gale dropped tonight off of Trilexior Aeridia (named vampire) in the Tenebrous Mountains.
Got one yesterday in the grotto, fighting in the entrance pool (near the waterfall). Dropped from either coldspine seahorses, swordfish, Fellspine or siren myrmidons (that's all we fought there).
Dropped off of a malodorous skunk in PoM today.
