Uncommon drop off of Xilniov, the mob that spawns after the Thought Horror gets done yapping following several deaths of the Taskmaster Torkazh in Echo Caverns. But beware, people are camping that area 9 out of 10 of the times you'll prolly go there. Ask them to tell you when he spawns.
WARNING: Xilniov despawns 10 minutes after popping so don't stray too far/afk if you do it this way.

Just dropped off A seer in Veksar. I also got Rune of Zephyr today too. All I need now is 40 more points in research (

Runes and pages of all types are usually random drops off of appropriate level mobs, unless they are No Drop(kind of like the Rune of Karana). This makes these ultra-rare runes and pages even more difficult to find because, most of the time, they do not drop off anything specific on a regular basis. My suggestion would be to just keep hunting mobs in the 50+ range that you've seen drop a page or rune in the past. Eventually, they will drop one of these, although it may take a level or two of constant hunting.

Bluntly, I am NOT possitive...however, I do believe that I pulled a REALLy stupid move and destroyed this drop in the Arena area of Kael.

Consider it's 1/4 of the ultra-rare 60 Wizard spell "elnerick's electrical rendering", yes, that was very stupid. You could've sold it for 1k in the bazaar.

Has anyone looted this rune? If so, could you please post what mob(s) it dropped from?

I'm am sorry I do not remember what mob dropped this rune, but my guild picked one up on a long evening of hunting in Veksar. We spent most of the night in the church lookin area across from the shopkeepers. I hope this helps.
I too would love to know what mobs drop this Rune...please post if you find one,and what mob droped it.
