Requires an Ivory Skull, Midnight Stone x2, Emblem of Nightmare (black diamond of nightmares(raw diamond + nightmare mephit blood + Spell：Imbue Nightmare) + blank emblem + Enchanted Bar of Nightmare Iron(Vial of Distilled Mana + Brick of Nightmare Iron) in PoK Forge), and a Lock of Banshee Hair. Cool item imo, but the MP3 makes it somewhat useless in later levels. Nice item if you can't get Ornate yet but want to step-up gradually.

The non no drop is for the head piece, the no drop is for a quest.What quest im not sure.

Tonight we looted a "Lock of TANGLED Banshee Hair" which is No Drop.
May be one of those "rhino meat" versus "fresh rhino meat" type quests. One dirt common, the other very rare.

There's a recipe for a Helm of Nocturnal Phantasms that uses this item. But the recipe given does not combine.

What ingredients exactly did not work? The recipe has been changed I think, is it now correct, before I buy all the components...?
