Today, Lady McCabe accepted one. No other NPC would (including Carson and Mistress Anna). She gave no helpful text though. Since they are Lore I don't think she's wanting multiple of them, so there may be another quest item. I tried giving her a highkeep flask (another long running mystery item); would not accept.

Hand in to Lady McCabe with a Drom's Champagne and you'll see a little script, dialog, and faction hits. It isn't clear what leads up to or away from this turn-in. See posts under Lady McCabe's entry for details.
Anyone have any idea what these are used for? I fished them in Highpass by the Tigers Roar or something like that while doing the Frostfell Fishing quest.

No known use yet, but it was discovered only 2 weeks ago.
