The rarest of this set. Took awhile to find one. It was in one of the rooms in the NE structure. Watch out for SI mobs lurking in those rooms!
PS: maybe not all that rare. Went back to get another one for my alt and found it spawned again in the same room. Then leaving I found one OUTSIDE a room on the same floor.
Some of the so-called "rare" ground spawn collectibles are not rare as much as "location unknown." And players tend to keep secret where they've had luck pharming them so they can price 'em up in the Bazaar. THis one is a case in point. I've never seen it offered in the FV Bazaar.
