Well I am dubious to these folks. They won't sell to me even with the Amulet of the Haven. How do I increase faction with the NPC merchants in Echo Caverns?
By giving a rogue money to buy it for you.

Ok guys this spell is sold in echo caverns on the dead side. Go to the door by the solo binder to back wall turn left and run thru the fake walls there into echo. once in there you'll come out where you can turn left or right upon zoning in. go to the right straight at the dead end wall an click on it that will open the secret entrance. from there it should be easy to find.

Fear2 isn't a real spell, look at the casting message and you'll see why :P
The ATK Debuff spells are sold in the Plane of Knowledge, in the South basement, the Ogre Shadowknight merchant. Very expensive compared to the other SK spells for that level, but that's just because the others are lower level necro spells, remember?
I'm assuming they're also sold on Luclin somewhere, but I haven't found them there yet. Maybe I'll go running around Echo Caverns with my bard's invis & a map sometime ;)

who is the person in the secret area who actually sells the spells? the main trainer upstairs? one of the folks downstairs? i thought that the only spells available here were for higher levels? i'm 22 now, almost 23... are you sure this is where to purchase the Fear 2, Scream of Hate and Despair spells?

You can get these spells on Luclin, go to the Echo Caverns. you need to ask around because it is only accessible thru a secret entrance.
?? Anybody know where to get these ATK-tapping spells? Not in Neriak or the Freeport SK guilds.
