Is there any place that a shadowknight can make any money in the levels 10-20 range?
For all classes at that level, the best method is trade skill components to sell at the bazaar. Head over to Everfrost Peaks and kill spiders near the pok book. Stacks of 20 silk should sell fairly well.
You're not going to be seeing drops that sell well for a long time; farming is the only real way to make money below the 60's.

To a certain degree, The Serpent's Spine content makes for some decent cash. Equip what gear you want and can use, sell the rest that drop in Crescent Reach and Blightfire Moors. I think I was in my 40s before I saw stuff dropping that sold for as much as some of the trash drops in those two zones.
