Welcome baby necro :) best advise is, try all kinds of kiting so you know them all... fall inlove with your snare it is your best friend hehe :) besides that have fun, ask specific question where you need help, but by playing your nec you will learn how to play him/her watch other necs, makes friends with other necs on your server, and perhaps even join the nec chanel, where I am sure you wil pick up handy tips from fellow necs :)

Good luck in your travels, may you learn the wonderful powers nec hold and how much fun they are, solo or in group.

Talk to the necs on your server one of them should know it. Best advice I can give 2 a baby nec is most guards are NOT your freind! zone don't run to guards learned that the hard way on my first toon lol.

There are 2 skelly guards at the newbie yard heading to the warrens. Hail them and you will get another. The paineel key is now put on your keyring so you might just try clicking the rock.

I would also look on necrotalk.com it is a site dedicated to necros alone and has great xp hunting guides, however, nothing beats alla for spell/quest lists ect.

Read everything on www.Necrotalk.com ...and if you know how to make macros or start to learn how, make one that is just like this aside from whats in the brackets...

[line 1] /Stand

[line 2] /cast # [where the # corresponds with what spell slot you have Feign Death mem'd too]

I didnt learn this until I was around 60...but it also works with Alt Activate macros but you wont be concerned with that until you have AA's started :D

Snare is the spell that is iffy but a powerfull tool...If you can potentially snare a mob that is higher level then your character, but you have a SoW potion or buff, you're alot faster then the mob (ESPECIALLY if its a melee type mob like a warrior and not a caster mob). So if snare lands...run! Dot! Run! Dot! Let pet backstab and keep all the aggro on yourself...and have fun learning how to "kite" in smaller and smaller areas.
