I always find myself leveling around kunark & luclin, at early levels you'd probably be best staying just outside ak'anon,but around level 8 or so i'd definatly suggest ya check out kurns tower (located in field of bone) it seems to have the biggest xp bonus for that level range,it'll be fast leveling until up around 20. 20-24 not sure where would be best,but at 24 i'd definatly suggest grouping in dalnir. Dalnir should be good for ya until around 30 or so,which is when you get your AOE snare. My wizzie was twinked and it was also at a time when you could still get C3 at any level,so i went to Tim Deep to quad spirocs at that time,but im not sure when you'd be able to handle them without major twink gear & c3. spirocs were decent xp up until around 49 or so,at which time i'd try quadding in katta castellum. the xp there is great up until around 57 or so,make sure ya pick up spell casting mastery 3 while you're there and move to PoNightmare after that.
