Easily one the rarest, if not the rarest, hunter mob in the expansion. Spawn rate seems to be less than 5%, possibly 1-2%. 16 minute respawn
He also drops a decent earring for the melee classes. Stats are pretty comparable to a lot of the other lower level named drops. Wish I had more info on the stats but he was the last mob we killed after a long night.
As to where he is: After zoning in we took an immediate right, and continued down the valley. When we got to the first spider cave on the right, we continued straight down the valley. Shortly after that we found our first Kirrin, and this guy wandering close by.
Nothing saw through invis the entire way (even this named).
He summoned, but other then that was nothing special.
