Overview

  • All Scenarios are timed and come to an end after 15 or 20 minutes.
  • All Scenarios are score-based up to 500 points. Doing various things within the Scenarios, such as killing players or possessing an artifact, will give your realm points.
  • You win if you have the most points when the Scenario timer expires, or if your team gets to 500 points first.
  • All Scenarios have a universal resurrection timer, usually every 30 seconds. In other words, when you die, you may be able to resurrect within a few seconds or you may have to wait a bit. However, if a buddy resurrects you, you're back in action immediately. The purpose of this interval is to ensure that players respawn with teammates so they are not zerging back into battle alone. Also, if your side kills all of your opponents you get a brief breather before reinforcements arrive. This mechanic is common to many online battlefield games such as Day of Defeat.
  • All Scenarios have a population cap. For the most part, this ranges from 12-on-12 to 24-on-24.
  • All Scenarios are bracketed by tier to pit you against players of relatively the same level.
    • For example, Tier 2 Scenarios have a minimum level of 8 and a maximum level of 21. Additionally, any player below Rank 18 will receive the Bolster buff to raise their Health and Abilities to the equivalent of a Rank 18 player. This does not grant you the added abilities that a Rank 18 will have, nor does it give you the gear a Rank 18 player would be expected to have, but it does make lower level players a little more survivable.
  • Within the Scenarios, Realms are represented by colors. Red is Destruction, Blue is Order, and White is Neutral.
