I have killed about 5 of these and they all conned white/black to my 19 warrior, so they must be 19 (at least for some of their spawns).

This is the exhumed gnoll, not the gnoll embalmer. I've killed about five of these so far, nothing but spare change.

anyone hared about the queynos hills quest in the house in the road with the gnoll slayer sword? at firs from the lookis i thought this may be the one-eyes white gnoll that was talked abbout but it seems way too commom a pop to be a quest npc. anyone get any good drops off it?

we encountered 2 last nite...both conned blue to my lvl 21 pally...grouped with 2 wizards..so this guy was cheese to us...both times had no real loot...some spare change only

We killed him today and he goes down pretty easy (and I am lvl 17). His pet lasts longer than he does. Think he dropped the Skull of Jhen Tra.

I killed one last night. Conned blue to my lvl 22 druid.Hits fast and gave me strong disease.Loot was crap. Nothing but some change. This one ugly sucker.

I was lvl 26 when I first came across one, and it conned high blue, and hit quite hard.

While these guys are a major pain, you can keep the other spawns from jumping in by simply having a druid or a ranger around... seems to be a little known fact that Harmony works on undead too...

I faught this guy yesterdayas a lvl 24 Druid he was fairly easy, however normal druid tactics may not work due to amount of room you have to fight in. I only got to kill once and he dropped a stone (onyx) so not the great of loot for having to deal with him.

This guy pops up in the Gnoll Camp AT NIGHT, with a bunch of other 20+ level undead (Dry Bone Skeletons, Greater Zombies). This guy doesn't hit hard, but can give you STRONG DISEASE. Takes 3 or 4 cure diseases to take care of it.
I would only recommend in taking on the gnoll camp at night if you have a few pallys or a cleric to cure disease and ward undead. These undead spawn too close to each other Not to help each other out.

He spawns at the gnolls ( at night only ) by the entrance to South Karana. He is fairly easy if you have enough Hp to take his blows.

it was blue to me at lvl 21, so they do range in levels

We killed one of these today it conned yellow to me i am lvl 18 so they can get as low as 19 but it was more likely 20
