I was just grouped with people this morning, killing both Ruined & Destroyed Constructs. All of them were no higher than white to me, at 47th level. Quite a few were dark blue.
Anyone know where this spawns or is this a random spawn off the other construc[quote][/quote]ts

He spawns in the tunnel near where Jaeil the Wretched is on the west side of the zone. At least that is where I saw him. They see thru invis.
