Touch of the Muramite also cast by Zun'Muram Votal. All 3 mobs hit about 1500's. Zun still AE rampages, the Pixtts were slowable.
Also, the notes beside the graphic say it is permarooted. It is not rooted, but tethered to its room instead. Pixtt Votals are also tethered, either to Zun'Muram Votal or to the room.
The info up top is still incorrect even after this note I am referencing. All mobs in that room that is tied to the event (the Pixtt Votals and Zun'Muram Votal) are tethered not permarooted. This means they can move about the room at will but 'cannot' be pulled out of their rooms totally(sure you can pull them down to the stairs but they pop back like yo-yos or other things that pop back). Can we get this information updated? Thanks :). By the way, if you have 9 folks killing this guy (as we did, at the time we were not all time geared, I think the 2 tanks were) you will get repops before you finish. I think room repopped on us 2 times (just the normal mobs, not the Pixxt)?
I could not dps much because I had just gotten rezzed from dying to outer room mobs. I just chain cast my fire pets :p. Fun fight though, all things considered.
I dont know what it is called but this guy proc'd on me for 4k when we were fighting... more then once.
His guards repop time has also been changed (wish they had noted this in the patch) but its now almost instant so you cant pull them/kill them first anymore :-(
I don't think this picture does this guy any justice. Apparently when he is not agro'd, he is very small. My buddy, who plays a rogue, mentioned he was one scrawny guy. I figured, "Great, more lackluster GoD models" (which are very good, but just overused). Heh, I was a bit suprised. He's actually pretty damn huge. Perhaps the fact that I am a halfling might exagerrate his size, but I can definitely tell you that he towers above any barbarian with ease. On top of that, he looks *badass*.
Is he hard? Actually, not at all. In fact, we mispulled him to our raid and we still took him out. In reality, his dps is actually quite low. He quads for 1525 max on a Warrior at a relatively slowish delay of around 21. His ATK seems fairly low as well. Basically, if you're used to Elemental/Time level dps, you won't find it here. He parsed mid-400s in the dps range, so losing your MT to this guy really shouldn't be a problem.
He has two guards, and I'd wager they do more dps than he does. They're both red con and single target grav flux. Simply kill them first.
Once they're dead, focus on Votal himself. He does AE rampage, but he doesn't have a very high max hit. Also, you can stay out of AE ramp range as long as your melees stay outside of the target range. If you've ever fought The Seventh Hammer, you'll find this fight similar in style to him. Keep your clerics RGC'd like you would on an Arch Mage Yozanni fight and keep the ocassional MGB heal going. He's got a bit of hitpoints on him (exaggerated by the ATK drain), so the fight may be a bit long.
Awesome fight though and tons of fun. Enjoy the loots!
How large of a raid force does it take to kill this and besides healers being far far far far far away, how many clerics and patch healers does this encounter need?
Exarch Fantasi Silverheart Vanguard of Morell, Bristlebane
We did him with 49 people, including six Clerics and two Druids. We're mostly in Vex Thal or Tier 3 PoP level gear, a bit of elemental thrown in. It was a fun fight, and few of us died. We killed his guards first, and then him.
be sure to keep your healers FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR from him, that ae rampage tears casters in half and pets in thirds. Timing the adds is also good as for when they respawn you need to offtank them or kill them fast.
Oh, and if I didn't mention before, KEEP YOUR HEALERS FAR AWAY!
what a fun fight and sweet lookin mob, what other fight do you have to remake your pet 7+ times?
When people say "It's always in the last place you look". Of course it is. Why the hell would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they?
