Go in to Sol Ro, go through all the doors etc and go right - go past Lord Saerfire and then go along and past the left turn and down the stairs - Vurgo is just down there.

necros with over 205 int should do the words of darkness quest, the mana helps alot

Vurgo has two necro quests, the Harvester (5 dex, 5 int -5 cha) and the Word of darkness (45 mana, allure of death).
