Vizat the Defiled (click for map image) spawns on the platforms southeast of the main temple (PH "a shissar defiler").

camped this named for about 6 hours probably. my advice is work it in to your rotation from the start when working on hunter.
Yep, have camped a total of about 8 hours over the last weeks, and have yet to see it pop. Have killed Yulin 4 times while clearing that area.
Edit - And then, the next day, got him after about 2 more hours.

First kill dropped the bow. Second kill dropped the Chest piece and the bow again.
First time, 101 Ranger and a 101 Necro both with CToV gear killed him with 2 cleric mercs up only because I had uber Chanter help with it. The second time, just the necro, ranger and two cleric mercs but the 100 necro pet couldnt tank it. Invited a uber monk and then destroyed it in about 20 seconds.
The shissar mob next to him will aggro when pulling the namer so split him off. There's a roam that comes down the walkway right into the fight, can be necro, warrior or cleric class so check the area for the roamer.
