Ulessa the Insane  

Upon turning in the pouch detailed in this quest: https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=2666 ... Ulessa the Insane spawned and immediately began attacking me.

She seemed on-par with the rest of the named mobs in the zone for HP and DPS (which means very little by today's standards). I resisted a spell called Wing Gust, which later stuck (perhaps partially) for 9 damage and a stun. She rampages and does minimal damage (was hitting my pet for low to mid 100's, but hit me for mid 200's). She parried semi-frequently, which makes me assume warrior class.

No text upon death.

Dropped the "Spell: Primal Avatar" in addition to "Bladesoul's Spiritual Diadem".

Conned light blue to a level 76.
