Minor Nebulous Dream FragmentThe guy will suddenly leap away from whoever is tanking him and start in on somebody else. In my case, the somebody else was my healer merc, who died almost immediately. After this, I was wise to his MO and was able to save my pet (the only other one left besides me) when he tried it again. Thankfully, I had my epic effect up and was able to finish him with no cleric. I found him wandering between the POK book and the river. He's easy to spot because of his color.
He dropped a collar and a remnant.

PH is a stalking crawler. There are only two of them in zone and they are a bit east of Watcher Yaotl area. Good luck.
got this name to spawn close to the PoK stone, unknown which of the reg spiders was PH , think any can be though. Also got these two drops from it ; SILKEN COLLAR of the JUNGLE ARACHNID & ABSTRUSE REMNANT of SURVIVAL.
Collar is type 7 & 3 aug slotted and Abstruse Remnant is for feet.
