Several of the Fabled taskmasters are Dark Blue to my 75 monk, including this guy. So the level is likely 72 to 74. Only the Warden has been consistently even conned to my lvl 75 toon.

What do you even need those for? I mean what's the point of getting gear if you're just cheating anyway? And a special thank you to SOE for completely giving up on banning MQ users. It's almost a commodity in eq now.
