I solo'd this mob tonight while camping for Howling Stones key. Didn't know Chancellor had a Fabled but took him down with no problem. Pet did the tanking and his top hit was for like 330s with enrage. Drop Fabled Jade Prod and a Jade Prod. Good luck all! Fabled Jade was like 14/23 with couple stats and 55hp/mana. War Brd Rng Rog.
