This guy hits alot harder than normall mobs in Sanctus Seru.<<270-330ish>> Stuns/summons/heals. He can be found in the hand guild hall 3rd floor. Just look for the hallway with a signifier of the hand(SP?) and he is behind the only door in the hallway.
