This what i get from talking to her.
Marilena says 'Welcome to our swathel! Tunare smiles upon me this day, for I am still alive and well. This is significant in the face of the griffons and harpies, they are such a mean sort. Day in and day out they swoop down from the sky. We are nimble, but often we stand little chance if we're not paying attention. Would you help [protect] us?'

Marilena says 'I'm afraid I have little to say to you. You certainly would seem like a willing sort.'

You might not have right faction or level, but she gives a quest called "Pluck it" that only requires you to collect 8 sleek griffon feathers for her bedding. The reward is xp and faction.
