I headshot this Lt. tonight on the first hit for 550k+ (Lvl 90 ranger)...had Bullseye disc running for the hell of it lol...not that I'd ever need it anywhere in this zone). Needless to say he dropped like a bag of titanium. Dropped cleric Spell: Vow of Victory, along with his usual vendor bait. Before my disc ran out the entire camp was quite dead. Nice to just wander aimlessly when the grind gets old...see what kind of mayhem you can cause :)

He dropped "Shadowmane Teeth" and "Tantalum Ore" for me today. Has approx 96k HP. Loc is about -1920, -2840 in the middle of a semicircle of other shadowmanes. Didn't summon, and the shadowmanes around him did not assist him. Easily soloed by 80 wizard.

at what Loc spawn this mob???
Did he summon? As in is the quest he is part of soloable with a ranger with a bow? Arnold is my hero, and in one of his movies, he said "if it bleeds we can kill it", or something to that effect. In this case, if it does not summon, I can kill it (probably). Time is not an issue, soloable faction is.
This mob does not summon, so yep its kite-able. I'm a dr00d and I've killed up on this plateau a few times the past week, even soloing it's doable.
