Gives task "Moonfang" Instanced version of Bloodmoon

We found Moonfang in the 2nd stable area of Bloodmoon.

Reward is Ancient Emerald Faycite Bisection.

12 person max raid task.

My group of 6 began clearing and trash was hitting for about 3k max on a Demiplane war. Pulled Moonfang to IZ- hit 5k and wiped us twice. After that I tried a few taskadds and max we could go was 12. Moonfang also spawned set of pups around every 45 seconds or so- may have been % based, theycame from the spawn area. looks like the waves went 2/5/8-10 possibly
