Fizzlethorpe Bristlebane`s Image  

I have usually found him just wandering around neutral area of Plane of Knowledge in the vicinity of the bridges or in the central area around the baking/brewing tradeskill merchant building. I have seen his fireworks other places but not seen him with them.
