You cannot remain a rookie forever. Prove your worth as a Daeva; complete your training and go stand in the front lines of battle. Go to Nochsana Training Camp and kill the Nochsana General to complete your training.

When your Mission is complete, go to the Atreian Atlas and use the Claim button to claim your reward. Your items will be mailed to you, in-game, via Shugo Express or normal mail.
