Thanks xtcid, it's one of the few that class conversion was screwed up on, and I didn't catch.
EDIT: I rechecked and it's listed on the /alt list for Enchanters. When I remember, I'll check in-game to see if it shows up on the AA window.

Enchanters do not seem to have this ability. at least from what I can see on my enchanter. who has maximum aa up to House of Thule.
