This mob spawns at -3.55, 410.18, 160.97 She is on the platform next to Banker Willaen. Findable (via Ctrl-F): No

Finding her is simple. FIND Merchant Ueaas, once you use your 'find' to get to him, turn your back to him and go up the ramp to your East. Lily and Devin Ashwood are both in the round house to your left when you get to the top of the ramp.
