Bio:
Bern was a lowly peasant boy who was taught the dark arts of necromancy at a very young age by a powerful gnome Lich named Wiget. His parents soon became aware of the teachings of this gnome and were not happy with their young dark elf son being taught by an ignorant gnome. His parents believed power came from the elements, not death and decay, as the necromancer was teaching him. His parents brought him to the wizards and mages of Neriak to teach him the ways of the elements. Bern became infatuated with the art of flame. He made it his life's mission to master the technique of weilding fire. He came to learn that he could not master fire without the knowledge of the other elements, he believed the mages were too weak in their power of conjuring flame because of their lack of knowledge of its counterpart, ice. With this he took on the art of Wizardry as his main hobby and left Neriak knowing he would someday return as an all knowing, all powerful, flame weilder.
