EQ Progression Through Each ExpansionFollow

Original Everquest --need a “guide” for progression. In lieu of that, original EQ was very "sandbox" with multiple levelling paths to the cap of 50. Lord Nagafen , Lady Vox and Phinigel Autropos were the original raid bosses.

Disclaimer: at the time of this posting these are the best links/pages to suit the idea of a progression overview for each era. The quality of information (and organization) in the later expansions such as Call of the Forsaken is a great model for how they all should ideally be. If anyone wants to update and/or create some new wiki pages I will happily edit the link tree to reflect the better information.

The purpose of this thread is like a table of contents and a spot for comments from those that know stuff but don't (or can't) do the wiki work themselves.

Is this due to the "pay wall" that has been referred to in other threads? I'm a forum person vs. wiki (though I will use it on occasion)... and definitely not a wiki writer (I tried to so something here on the Zam wiki when there was a push around 2007 to get the wiki rolling/better and it wasn't my thing).

I probably can't do anything about the wiki roadblocks... can regular users post a new page such as "Levelling Progression for Legacy of Ykesha"? If yes, then I would say go that route and we'll just change the links here to point to those new pages in the wiki. What is linked here presently is just the best/closest/only thing close to what the intent was that is currently existing in the wiki.

If no... then I would encourage people to write a guide (i.e., for the progression through an expansion) and post it as a new forum thread. Then I could link that thread into this thread which is linked into the "useful information" sticky. As well, it is possible that a wiki-savvy Zam admn could then "wikify" the really good thread. I recognize that is not an elegant solution, but if we can get the content written that is the first battle?
