You probably want to ADD
Achievement: Hunter of the Heart of Fear
to the quest lists for all 3 zones.
Yeah, it's a bit off-putting to have a Hunter Achievement that requires killing nameds in 3 different zones...

This is the bottom level of the Heart of Fear. This is "The Epicenter", and as its name would suggest, this is indeed the Heart of Fear itself. Its main entrance is accessed through a passageway in the pit in the center of "Heart of Fear: The Rebirth". For the upper level, see The Threshold. For the middle level, see The Rebirth. |

That achievement was tied to those other zones but as a related quest. I switched them to them starting in those zones so now it lists under the Quests Starting in tab.

Hunting nameds in this zone for achievement. I'm medding before tackling Soulhollow. My Voice Alerts tell me I got a tell. It's from Cazic-Thule himself!
"Did you tell your loved ones goodbye before entering this tomb?"
Then a minute later:
"You will regret entering my home, Mortal! Here I am the strongest."
A minute or so after that:
"You Think you're special? Let's see how special you are after I.... well, let's keep it a surprise."
That's all he has to say. And no threat is ever fulfilled. /sigh
I'm curious what triggers this dialogue. I didn't get any "tells" until I was deep into the zone and medding before engaging Soulhollow.
