The Qeynos Hills connect the city of Qeynos to Surefall Glade and the Plains of Karana.
There is also an entrance to Blackburrow, dungeon of the Sabertooth Gnolls.

With low level wandering animals, undead and gnolls, and protection from wandering Qeynos guards and residents, this area is fairly tame. Two popular finds here are the Fishbone Earring and Glowing Black Stone.

This quest is extremely good for anybody since at the end you can get 1-3pp now all you have to do is and i know this will sound hard and it is hard for lowbies kill a rabid grizly and when you get its rabid pelt take it back to a priestess back in N. Qeynos and go into the saucer (if you can) and give it to the priestess in leather and she will give you a spell Endure disease 1-3pp exp and good factions

I have turned in many of the putrid bear pelts. I have never received any pp for my trouble.
All I have ever gotten was the Endure Disease scroll which i sell for 6.5GP. My faction is high, i believe it is warmly, but still no PP

You are wrong it is 1 to 2 PP per rabid Grizzly Pelt. Also it is great exps for chars 20 to 28th level. I was getting a bubble for every 6 pelts.

Don't the prices depend on what server you are on? And on how long its been..? The economy in EverQuest is not stagnant, right? The prices change, slowly, depending on supply and demand, etc.

PC prices are fluid, but the main NPC economy in EQ is static. Otherwise, the things that are overloaded and selling for a few copper will skyrocket after a reboot.

The only things that truly affect prices are Charisma, Faction, and class/race.

Amount of Stock is irrelevent.
