This is the Kaesora Hatchery as it was during the battle between the Sebilisian army and Ring of Scale, as seen in the Seeds of Destruction expansion. This wing of Kaesora served as the Iksars' sokokar breeding grounds. (For the present-day Kaesora, click here.)

Definitely not an instanced zone.

EQ keeps making this mistake of designing dungeon zones with very tiny entrances and corridors leading into the zone, tightly packed with mobs. So, of course, you zone in to find a group camping right at the zone-in. The only way to set up a group is attempt to go in deeper and maybe if you're lucky find another spot close to as safe as the zone-in.

One good thing here is that I explored most of the zone and found nothing that sees thru invis. But I also didn't find any other places really safe for a group to camp. Every room is packed with mobs. Some of the corridors are empty but they all have wanderers.

It's not like EQ owes us to make the game TOO easy but if you're going to have a safe but cramped zone-in, it would be nice to design a dungeon with a couple of other generally safe spots for groups to set up for xp sessions.

Hatchery wing.

Names can spawn when instance spawns if you get the instance. They drop 520ish hp/mana loot and arent that difficult. Names si and sometimes the trash does but its rare.

Instanced zone does repop and it seemed really fast...15 minutes or so. Everything even names run at low health.

Instanced zone in is in the kaesora hatchery building...its the one firthest to the east of the little se town.

What quest gives the instanced version you are referring too? Cause none of the regular named have ever spawned in the instances I have been in.
Almost any corridor is safe. You can find a landing with no mobs, wait for the one roamer, there is only one. Kill roamer (set timer-15 mins give or take) and start pulls, I normally pull the 2 static spawns that are either on the landing above or below (just for extra room). The only real problem is people at the zoneline trying to pull named further in. Whether they wipe or fd the mobs do not seem to necessarily path back the way they were pulled, so if group at zone in, warn then to watch their pulls and keep your eyes and ears open.
