This is the instanced zone involving the group task Hero's Challenge.

If you kill mobs in the Stronghold of Rage long enough, you may be invited to take on a hero's challenge in the Tower of Sullon Zek.

There are four challenges within the tower, each requiring careful use of tact and strength. Should a member of your party fall, the essence of the warrior's spirit will seek out great champions, infusing them with disasterous rage.
