As of May 2008, you can teleport to the Plane of Sky via the Guild Hall portal (Cloudy Stone of Veeshan) or get a port from Relm M`Loch in the Plane of Tranquility.

In the alternative, a wizard can cast their Alter Plane Sky spell to port up a group. Once in this plane, you cannot levitate, gate, or use any sort of evacuation spells (with the exception of the Alter Plane spell which still works).

The only way out is to jump off. Upon doing so, you will fall safely to the water near the docks of East Freeport, (provided you don't hit another island below you and die as a result). This is a one-way trip, obviously. You can get CoH by a mage and use fellowship fires however.

Level 46 is required to enter the zone.

#Anonymous, Posted: Feb 19 2000 at 12:53 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Actually, Nagafen, Vox, and such are all level 55, not 53. Also, I dont think there is much of a limit because the highest level NPC in the game is level 69 (Ping Fuzzlecutter) I guess wigmaking really pays off..

according to what Gordon said Veeshan is on the highest level of the POA, there are many levels, and since you can't levitate you have progress in a linear manner, no one has gotten near close enough to know for sure whats at the highest teirs. If Veeshan is indeed going to be 75, then she won't be in at ALL until post expansion because current max mob level is 53. Most likely Veeshan is there but like cazzy vox nagafen and innoruk she will be a souped up level 53 mob probably much harder than any god we have seen previously, I really am doubtful that she can be beaten even if she was found.

Yepperz, Veeshan is in there. Nobody has confirmed it yet. Some say that she will not spawn regularly until the expansion, being that she shall be Lvl 75+. Some even say that she is'nt meant to be fought, but rather, is meant to give a quest after killing a spawn on the highest of islands. Until Veeshan is made known in the zone though, It should'nt be posted. My guess is that she'll be implemented after Ruins of Kunark comes out. Good luck fighting her, I know I won't be for a loooooong time ;)
