I dont see this mob here but i took him out just a few mins ago.

He conned dark blue to my 75th lvl rogue and only dropped a Blackflame gem. if i run thu this again i will get a screen shot of him
and im not sure if his spawn point is static or not but he was the second mob to the left along the wall when you zone in
