He is a big bad hard hitting shaman but he drop a a magic lore non drop spear for shamen only, dont really remember the stats but it was pretty nice

My guild was hunting the widowmistress on Friday night. She is definitely a dropper of the Stilleto of The Bloodclaw. She also took out a level 50 rogue when he made a wrong turn trying to escape after being nastily poisoned.

first of all, bonecracker is level 25, drops barbed leather whip, band of flesh and leering mask. the widowmistress hair is a najena quest item, she was recently implemented.

Just killed her tonight. She spawns in the back of the cavern where the giant black widows spawn and has to be the toughest mob in the whole zone. Duel weilding lvl 36 rogue, always shows up with 2 weapons and she runs with SoW speed. She dropped the stiletto of the bloodclaw and a fs spear the first time we killed her, just a fs dagger, fs rapier and widowmistress hair, (?), the second time. So she appears to be a way to get the stiletto without killing Drelzna for it, though a much harder way. She also can have a giant black widow as a placeholder. She's nasty, spamming up your chat window with pierces for 83 pts, and has poisoned weapons. Didn't give her a chance at my back, so I don't know the backstab damage.

Just got whacked twice by this one tonight. Level 36, rogue, duel weilding poisoned daggers, hits for about 80 dmg, and has two giant black widow spiders as pets.
no idea what she drops or when she started spawning, but she is very nasty.

Note also that in Rathyl's spawn area is a monk. Erakose (NO memory of his name) or something like that. He drops the Blackened Sapphire, a rather low key magic item important more for the fact that its a component for a monks sash than anything else.
