Mammoths, polar bears, and dire wolves roam Icefall Glacier, a snowy area which leads to the giant city of Valdeholm. There are also several factions which are rather combative with one another here. They are the Nightmoon kobolds, Frostbite goblins, and Coldeye orcs, each faction with their own beliefs and agendas.

Nearly hidden in the East is a steep canyon, opening the way to a valley of Frostbite goblins and massive ice golems. These particular goblins have managed to do what many would not even attempt -- the capture of a Wraithguard giant. Also nearby is one of the stronger ice golems, Avalanche, who should not be approached without the aid of a full raid of allies.

Travelling this area isn't too risky, assuming you have invisibililty. You would, however, be advised to get where you need to go quickly, and not to dawdle around. Otherwise, you just may wind up as a meal for one of the many aggressive wandering creatures.

3 spawns close to valdeholm zone, at +2260, -442.
One "a krithgor ritesmaster", yellow con to level 74,
two "a krithgor pilgrim" darkblue to 74.

upon hailing:
a Krithgor ritesmaster says 'Hail small one. I must tell you that we do not need your assistance from this point, but as you have done what was needed to get us out of the city then we shall trust you.
We leave it upto you to tell us when to [move] and when to [wait].'

I did not tell them to move, as this is likely a scripted event that involves getting them across the zone safely, and i had no group at the time.

new mob "a Coldeye Leopard Tamer" , spawns when Ironfist's pet is aggroed, and auto-aggroes and adds to the fight evidently. not sure but appears to spawn in the middle of the first room, causing a nice train if you try to fight ironfist's pet within the fort.

the best picture i could get was of the mob hovering over my corpse after i died

I believe there are two quests, one from the orcs the other from the kobolds. The orc quest is labeled stones I, so its likely there is a kobold version of this as well.

The kobold sacred stone is at loc P1813,n40. You can only carry one stone at a time so you have to make the run back and forth 4 times, but you can be invis to collect the stone, just click on the rock and you get it.

You need to do the Sacred Stone 1 quest, given by an Orc, before you can do this quest ("Sacred Stone 2"). I can't recall the exact name of the Orc that gives Sacred Stone 1, but he's the big ugly one front and center inside the fort where the pet Panther roams around.

Quest involves looting 4 LORE groundspawns from the east kobold cave and delivering them to this Orc. Must be done 1 at a time, since, well, they're LORE.

Reward for Sacred Stone 1 is:
Stonefed Chip

More on Grock Mist Seer:

Drops the arm molds for Tenish armour quests in Crecent Reach. From what I've seen, it drops a mold every time. Max hit I saw was 3.6k with 24% shielding. Has single target proc that does 1k dd, 1k per tick and seemed to reduce stats a bit. Placeholder is "a Coldeye elite" and there are several of them in the caves of the orc fort just beyond Sayrook.

Spawnrate was very good (spawned 2 out of 3 cycles), definitely drop this mob for the arm mold instead of sitting in steppes for days waiting on chef to make an appearance once every 6 hours or so (and chef doesn't drop mold every time).

Verkorn the Mad needs your help in creating a totem that can be used against the orcs in their ongoing battle. Circle of the Arcane:
http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spell.html?id=11519
Spell effect: Summons an Arcane Circle that increases the spell damage of those nearby. Effekt: Random 1-5% damage boost to Nukes and Dots. The aura is static and not bound to the person who cast it ( Looks like one of these new trap rings ).

Task Progression:
- Kill 6 adult cave bears 0/6 Icefall Glacier

- Kill 4 Coldeye Orcs 0/4 Icefall Glacier
- Loot 2 Coldeye Orc Charms from Coldeye Ory 0/2 Icefall Glacier

- ??? ??? ( - Use the totem to charm 6 adult cave bears and take them to the orc fort Icefall Glacier )
- ??? ??? ( Return the totem to Verkorn )

Once you have turned in the 2 hearts and 2 orc charms he will hand out a Verkorn's Bear Totem ( http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=36186 ).

Go back to the Cave Bear tunnel und pull some bears, but the totem charm does only work on the bears if they have less than 50% health, else you get a message in red letters. The charm only works on the Cave Bears and not on the other bears in the zone. Pull and charm them one by one and once you have gathered 6 new bear friends move to the orc fort. Note: Do not cast invis buffs or use FD, else the charms will brake.

Close before the fort gate a half dozen yellow con orcs will spawn and the charmed bears will start to fight them. Some second later your task will update and you can train the remaining orcs to the Valdeholm zone.

Return to Verkorn and hand him the Bear Totem und you will get the final reward.

The total required time for this task is approx. 1 - 2 hours.
