On the opposite side of the PoK zone-in book, there is another entrance into the arena. On top of the the entrance, there is a placard that reads "Discord Reigns Within".

Did this by accidient earlier today, but still is a funny little trick. Need to be able to do ranged damage (ie bow, spells, etc). Lev up, and climb up one of the spires on the outside of the actual PVP area. Once at the top of spire, run to the rim of the pvp area, and drop down onto the door that stays open, imbetween the pvp area and non pvp area. Drop lev, and you will drop halfway into the door -- out of sight. Then, pick your target and start doing damage. They'll be able to attack back, but will take them a minute or so to find out what's going on =P
