the emote you see when the mobs are chasing you for noqufiel is "i am coming for you" ..audio triggers work wonders for this. =)

The cursecaller event seems to be bugged. Sometimes you won't even get the message that a dt mob is even coming for you (good job, Sony!), and you won't know until it's too late. This was months ago though. Not sure if a fix has been done on it.

But I guess SOE's too busy making new expansions instead of fixing already-existing game problems.

Tried to tell Noqufiel 'i truly understand'

to trigger the cursecaller event. Wont work. I wait and wait thikning ... he replies slowly so maybe i need to wait ... never starts til i say one of the other options. The bonus loot we got after killing Noqufiel is consistent with using the reply i used at end, 'keep you alive' i.e. the crap range item :p

Am i missing a letter or punctuation on

i truly understand

I truly understand that you are really dead.

Yeah, gotta love it how the correct response is made so clear in the dialogue he gives you.

Anyone have the strats or a link to them for Inku'ta. Did it today, or well it did us. Appears it has been nerfed a bit and the events are different. LoL very fun event, but without some info on strats this could take a LONG time.

Sorry, wouldnt let me reply to Sanbina below, so had to start a new thread.

No, you don't have to be Time geared to beat Ikky 4, Evening Reign on Druzzil (my guild) beat Ikky 4 a number of months ago w/o having stepped foot in Time (we just got Time flagged a few weeks ago), and have repeated it a number of times since then.

Ikkinz 1 and 2 are easy as hell. You need time gear to beat 4. You wont stand a chance in uqua without time gear.

I love watching my bf play in these hard-**** zones...

This zone looks pretty cool...

Mobs are indifferent when you zone in, but be careful, many may become active when you aggro another.

After the entrance where there's golums lining the sides - there's a hallway with the doomsayers and:

"a prophet of destruction" - red con to 65, summons multiple small golum pets (mezzable)

Nijacka the Scourge is also found here (not sure if she always will spawn here though. These mobs tend to roam just a bit around the corner and back.

Very tough mobs... extremely resistant... tend to have some AE nuke procs as well....

And this is just the start of it!

golum pets are *mostly* mezzable... some are immune

What did SoE change to Inktu'Ta on June the 16th after people complained the event was too easy?
#REDACTED, Posted: Jun 16 2004 at 7:04 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) IMO it isnt always the gear that gets you past some mobs but the quality of your guild as players to execute a plan of action and such great gear helps a lot but i think it has more to do with great experienced players and high AA counts more so then gear ,and Tatics never forget tatics

Think about it like this. Consider GoD not another normal expansion, but an upgrade to PoP. Just as I feel PoP was for VT. Once you got VT geared mostly, you could move on to PoP for new challenges, better gear upgrades etc.

Don't look at the fact that you have to be time geared blablabla. Just continue to work on PoP, then once you've farmed Time for 18 years like most guilds do. You move on to the next tree, which is GoD..Giving you new content, new areas to beat, new upgrades etc. It's extremely nice having an upgrade to Time. Many people felt we were going to be stuck seeing that ugly leezard forever.

Down with Quarm!
kind of annoying

I currently am in a pretty high level guild but definately not the top guild on my server. we're in the elemental planes atm. I've noticed that there aren't really anymore places for the non time guilds to raid. I mean everything from ikkinz and beyond is pretty much too hard for the plane EPs guilds to handle. you have to be in time just to stand a chance really. I wish they would put some places in GoD for guilds like mine to raid.

www.convictionguild.com

We never even stepped into Time and we downed Ikkinz 1 and 2 our first tries. It's really NOT that hard. Killing Rondo in Ferubi bypasses the 4 sewers trials then we had people farming Vxed and Tipt for couple months to get a nice percentage Kod`Taz flagged. They worked hard as hell on the Ikkinz one group trials to get us to the Ikkinz raids and so far, it's been worth it. Having Quarm-level drops before even entering time, talk about equipping a raid. We're actually killing Plane of Time now and have gotten some nice loot, but Alter of Descruction and Uqua are not that far away really. Any Elemental geared guild can progress in GoD, you just need drive and people dedicating themselves to dying a lot lol

ferubi has multiple targets for elemental guilds. just be happy you have places to go to after you're done with elementals, being in time for almost year with my guild was a much bigger pita then being in elementals and having all that stuff to look forward to later.

Ferubi has many targets, Barindu has targets, Riwwi and Qinimi have targets. Also, Elemental (or lower!) geared people can progress into Kod'Taz and Ikkinz and can probably raid some in KT/Ikkinz/Yxtta. I've heard of atleast 1 group of LDON geared people beatting the 3 ikkinz 1-group trials. Not to mention KT+ all drop type 8 gear, which is nice to get a few (low end) time quality items before even heading into time.

I do feel sorry for the guilds that farmed time forever :/ Musta been hard on you guys keeping people interested in killing the dragon yet again. (I know many guilds saw people leave and even leave the game 'cause they were tired of just raiding time for the 10000th time). I feel even worse for the guilds who fought the original Rathe and Time and then had to face the original Ikkinz and Uqua...those blocks must really suck :( Specially seeing the same unfinished content ya saw on yer way to time stop you on yer way to the last zones in GoD. I know several of the front runners in the race to Time have quit after being blocked the same way in GoD.
